Start Your Career with JPSA

As we re-envision ways to support and impact our community, we’ve created new roles for others who inherently get our mission, see our vision, and live our values. JPSA represents a shift in thinking about Jewish philanthropy, supporting community needs, and how to engage the next generation of philanthropists and leaders. If that resonates with you, check out our opportunities below. A ground floor opportunity in an organization that has a 75-year history doesn’t come around often!

If you are considering applying for a role with us, there are a few things you should know about our team. We care passionately about people –our donors, our community, our team. But that doesn’t mean we’re soft. We’re a high-performing team with very high standards, focused on those people we care so much about. Anyone we hire has to get that, because we care too much about the people we serve to risk hiring someone who doesn’t.
